ABOUT VESS

Vesly Fortune, known simply as Vess Fortune, is a singer/songwriter who was born in Nassau, Bahamas and now based in the South Florida area. Vess Fortune exhibits smooth & breathtaking vocals (which became his signature style today). After auditioning and being selected for his 5th grade D.A.R.E. graduation’s performance (as the lead soloist), Vess discovered his talent to sing.

He kept singing at many functions; including but not limited to, church choir performances, with his childhood group (including Black DaDa – R&B artist signed to Strictly Business Records/Universal Records), and performing with his band throughout South Florida. He then decided to record a solo project in 2017 as an independent artist recording with Titanz Entertainment, LLC. (affiliated with Sony RED Music/Universal Music Group).

Vess Fortune‘s music has a non-categorized fusion of Pop, R&B, Neo-Soul, and EDM to create a genre he coined as “Lounge Pop”. Starting with a single called “Can’t Be Friends” followed by other hits such as “Mama’s Love” and “”Give Me Your Heart” (all written by Vesly “Vess” Fortune and produced by Titanz Entertainment, LLC.). His highly anticipated EP album will be released in mid-to-late 2018.

Vess often states, “Every artist should aim to make a difference with their talents; paving a way to a better future.” He appreciates high caliber performances; such as his performance at the 1st Annual Christmas Charity Event by ProPops Foundation, Inc. (hosted by Dwayne Wade, Sr. – father of NBA player Dwayne Wade) to raise donations for underprivileged children. He believes just being able to give back to our children is a “Fortune”.
